How to remove and replace the key fob battery for a 2012 Nissan Rogue
Flat Blade Screwdriver
Phillips Head Screwdriver
Hi. I'm Mike from 1AAuto. We've been selling auto parts for over 30 years!
This Nissan key fob will need a small Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screw. You need a flat-bladed screwdriver to pry these apart. You want to find a screwdriver that fits this opening pretty well. If it's too small, it'll be too hard to pop it open. You’ve just got to twist it. Take that apart, and use your flat-bladed screwdriver to pop the battery out.
It says inside the case and on the battery, it's a 1620. It also tells you that the positive side goes down. So take your battery. Push it in just like this. Take this half. Snap them together and reinstall that screw. That's how you change the battery
