In this video, we're going to show you how to replace the front grille on this 2003 Ford F250, same as any '99 to '07 F250, and F350 Super Duty trucks. It's a pretty easy process. The only thing you'll need is a Phillips screwdriver and a flat blade screwdriver.

Here's our truck beforehand. It's not a bad looking truck. You can see the grille is the painted silver in the middle and has some kind of hydraulic fluid or something that's been spilled on it, probably from a plow that was on there. Here's out truck afterwards with a new chrome grille from 1A Auto. You might like this look. We also sell it with the argent painted in the middle or the silver painted in the middle. As well, we do sell the gray plastic ones for the base level models. Here's just one more quick look at the before and then the after.

Open the hood and remove four screws from the top: here, here, and here. We'll just hold down the fast forward button here as I take out those four screws. The bottom of the grille is held in by little clips. You can see one right there. Sorry for that glare. What you want to do is, put your screw driver in and pry up on that clip. There's one there. There's four in all. There's another one there, one there and one there. What I'm going to do is put my hand in here, pull out, then put my screwdriver in underneath. Pry up on that clip. Pull the grille out. Go to the next one. Keep pulling up, and pulling out. Pry up on the clip. There's still one here underneath. Pry up on that clip. The grille comes right out.

You'll want to remove your Ford emblem. To do that, use your regular screwdriver and just break the plastic around the pins. You want to be breaking the plastic on the old grille, not the pins of the emblem itself.

Here's our new grille. This is the all chrome style. We sell it like this. If you like, you could paint the inserts body color or gray like original or just leave it chrome. We also sell the grille with chrome and painted argent silver just like the original. We do sell the gray plastic ones for the basic style trucks. For the emblem, just make sure you put it into the center grooves here. Push it right in.

The new grille comes with new clips. Put them on. Work them on with your hand some and your screwdriver. Push it down into place better. I'm just going to fast forward here as I do that same thing for the last two. Push them on with my hand a little bit, then use the screw driver to push them on all the way.

The new grille is ready to go on. Put it into place. Put a couple of the top screws in. Fast forward here. All I'm doing is starting those top screws. I am not tightening them up all the way yet. For the bottom clips, what you want to do is reach in with your screwdriver. Just make sure you push the bottom of the clip right in. Start it in and push. Start it in with a good push. Push the clip in. I'm just pushing right on the bottom of the clip, basically right where you pried it with the screwdriver. That just gets the clip to clip all the way in, and it gets it to lock in place. Just tighten up your top screws.
