How to replace install a new fuel tank filler neck on a Chevy Camaro Iroc-Z. This applies to model years 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, and 92.

step 1 :Removing the Fuel Door
- Twist off the fuel cap
- Open the fuel door
- Remove the three 9/32" bolts from the fuel door
- Remove the three 9/32" bolts from the fuel door bezel
- Pull off the fuel door by hand
- Pull off the fuel door bezel by hand

In this video, we're going to show you how to remove the rear gas door, just a little detail to remove if you're going to paint the car. Take the surround out as well so you don't have to tape things off. The only tool you'll need is a 7mm or 9/32"� socket with a ratchet and extension.
We're going to remove the fuel door and the surround. For the fuel door there are three screws right in here. Obviously I have the gas cap already off. Here, I fiddle with the door a little bit and realize it's probably easier to do it with the bezel loosened up as well. There's three bolts the same size, 9/32.We hope this helps you out.
