Trim Tool Set
Hi, I’m Mike from 1A Auto. We’ve been selling auto parts for over 30 years!
I'm going to remove the dome light bulbs. To start, we're going to use a flat trim tool. You can also use a flat blade screwdriver. You just want to be careful with the plastic. We do sell these trim tools. If you want to go over to the side, you can get the corner and pull it down. Be careful in the back. Pop down, and then it's going to hinge down. Pull out.
Next we're going to use a T20 Torx bit. Loosen these two fasteners. Then there's two clips right here. Just a little screwdriver. Just pass and pull this down. Pull it down. These wires will release. So it gives you more access.
And these are the two bulbs. Use gently with needle nose pliers. Turn the bulb to the left and pull out. You can pull the bulb off and replace the bulb. Put the bulb back in. Install.
We're going to reinstall the wires. Slide this one down here. This other one's going to go in the clip down here. Push in from the front. Push the two clips up. Now we can install our T20 fasteners. We're going to reinstall this trim panel. Slide down in the back. Then we get the clips in and just push up.
