How to Replace Fog Lights 2007-12 Ford Escape

1. step 1 :Removing the Front Bumper 0:44

   • Remove the 10mm bolts from the top of the grille
   • Pry out the push clips from the front of the wheel well liner with a trim tool
   • Remove the four 10mm bolts from the splash shield
   • Remove the push clip from the inside of the splash shield
   • Remove the 10mm bolts along the front of the splash shield
   • Remove the Phillips screw from the wheel well liner
   • Remove the push clip from the top of the wheel well liner
   • Press the push tab between the bumper and the body (behind the headlight) if the bumper has never been removed
   • Repeat for the other side
   • Disconnect the fog light wiring harnesses
   • Remove the push pin from the radiator slot
   • Pull the bumper forward and off

2. step 2 :Removing the Fog Light 4:49

   • Pinch the retainers with needle nose pliers
   • Remove the fog light from the bumper

3. step 3 :Installing the Fog Light 5:42

   • Insert the fog light into the bumper and lock it in place

4. step 4 :Installing the Front Bumper 6:00

   • Insert the bumper into place and press in the sides
   • Insert the push-pins into the radiator slot
   • Press the splash shield into place
   • Tighten the four 10mm bolts to the splash shield
   • Press the push pin into the splash shield
   • Connect the fog light wiring harness
   • Press the push-pins into the wheel well liner
   • Tighten the Phillips screw to the wheel well liner
   • Repeat this procedure for the passenger side
   • Tighten the 10mm bolts to the grille

  Floor Jack
