The fog light bulb is quite easy to change. You can just reach up behind the bumper and you'll see the back side of the fog light right up here. You can just reach up and grab it with your hand. Turn it about maybe 45 degrees counterclockwise and you should be able to just pull the bulb right out. The one thing you want to make sure though is that you don't touch the glass with your hand because getting grease on the bulb will actually damage the bulb.
To remove it, there's a tab on each side that you need to release it from just like that. You can see there's a tab on each side, and you just pry away from it, and it will pop the bulb out. This bulb looks like a H11 bulb, which is pretty common for fog lights. When you put the new one in, again, just make sure that you don't touch the bulb and make sure that the seal is in the right spot just like that.
To reinstall, you'll plug it in. It only plugs in one way. You see how it has a slot right here. That slot goes on the back side of the bulb, and it plugs in. On the bulb, there's these three tabs, here, here, and here. The bulb only fits one way into the housing, and you got to line up these three slots in the bulb to get it to go in. Once you get it in there, then you turn it 45 degrees, and it's locked in.
