Hi, I'm Mike from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and next time you need parts for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.
Your air filter is right here on the passenger side, in the front. There are just three clasps. You basically just use your thumb and push them right off. Lift this cover up and, that's interesting, your air filter should be right here. It appears that the owner of this truck decided that going without the air filter was the way to go. I don't recommend it at all. Your engine can get all kinds of bad stuff in it like that, but we'll put a new one in there for him.
The new filter has little tabs. There are two on the post down here. You have to push this. Make sure you have it lined up well, push the filter on, and make sure it goes down in there. There are three tabs on this cover. They go into the little slots. Put it down and on. Lock these clasps right on.
