In this video, we're going to show you how to check, and replace if necessary, your air filter. This vehicle is a 2003 F-250 Super Duty, has the 5.4-liter gas engine in it. This is the for any '99 to '04 Super Duty with the 5.4-liter gas engine. This is an easy task and no tools are necessary.

Your air filter is right here at the driver's side of the truck. There's the big clamp. Pull that all the way back. Pull this housing up and off. Your air filter comes right out.

This is a relatively new filter. Put it back in. Make sure that it's seated correctly all the way around. It's all the way in. There should be only a little tiny bit hanging over the edge. It's important to make sure that the bottom of your clamp gets around this bezel at the bottom. Once you have your filter lined up, put the housing together. Push it nice and firmly. Then your clamp should clamp on there easily. You can feel underneath and make sure everything's together.
