How to Replace Driver Side Reverse Light Bulb 2008-12 Ford Escape

step 1 :Removing the Driver Side Tail Light
- Remove the Phillips head screws from the tail light
- Pull the tail light assembly straight back
- Disconnect the electrical connectors from the sockets

step 2 :Servicing the Driver Side Reverse Light Bulb
- Turn the socket counterclockwise
- Pull the bulb straight off of the socket
- With gloves on, press the new 921 bulb to the socket
- Turn the socket clockwise

step 3 :Installing the Driver Side Tail Light
- Remove the protective covers from the socket
- Transfer over the sockets from the old light to the new light
- Connect the electrical connectors from the sockets
- Press the tail light into place
- Tighten the Phillips screws to the tail light
