How to Replace Dome Light Bulb 2008-12 Ford Escape

Watch this video if the dome light in your 08-12 Ford Escape has burned out, or is dim. The 1A expert mechanics will show you how to do it.

  1. step 1 :Removing the Bulb
    • Pry off the dome light lens with a small flat blade screwdriver
    • There is a pry opening at the front center of the dome light assembly
    • Pull the bulb out of the socket
  2. step 2 :Install the 578 type bulb
    • Install a new 578 type bulb
    • Replace the dome light lens by snapping it into place
