Here are the items you'll need for this repair: trim removal tool, T10 Torx driver
To access your power window switch, you'll need to remove this vent cover. Simply push the vent all the way down, grab here, and pull it out. Now if you lay this over carefully, you can lift the tab, the dimmer switch connector, pop that connector off. The same thing for the power mirror switch. Simply lift here, pull back.
Remove the two T10 Torx screws, securing your dimmer switch into the vent assembly. Remove the switch.
Install your switch. Start your two T10 Torx screws by hand. Tighten the screws down with your T10 Torx screwdriver or a Torx bit and ratchet.
Reconnect the connectors. Carefully set the vent back into the dash, poke the top edge in, and snap it back into place.
