You're going to want to open up your glove box, and then on the sides, pull in, pull in on this side, pull your glove box down, and then there are 3 tabs: one, two, and the third one here. That allows you to pull down the trap door here. You just need to reach in there and grab a section of the filter, then pull it right out.

Here's a nice new filter from 1A Auto. Make sure your airflow arrows are pointing down, and then, just reach in there. There's some wires over here that stop the door from going down, but put it in and it has to go up, so you just force it in and direct it up. It's not an exact science. Get it in, pop it in. I pushed it just a little too far so I'm grabbing hold of it here and bringing it back. Then push this door back up in place, lock all 3 tabs, and put your glove box back up.
