How to Replace Cabin Air Filter 2000-04 Ford Focus

step 1 :Removing the Cabin Air Filter
- Turn the vehicle on
- Turn the wiper stalk so the wipers move in the up position
- Turn the vehicle off
- Remove the Phillips screw from the cowl panel
- Unclip the cowl panel on the passenger side with a flat blade screwdriver
- Lift the cowl panel up and remove it
- Press the lever on either side
- Carefully pull the cabin air filter out
- Vacuum out any debris

step 2 :Installing the Cabin Air Filter
- Insert the air filter into place with the air flow arrow pointing down
- Lock in the levers on either side
- Insert the cowl panel into place
- Tighten the Phillips screw to the cowl panel
