- Stretch the pad over the corners on one side
- Pull the pad over the pedal

To remove a worn or damaged brake pedal pad, simply peel out the folded part at the back. Really only need to do this on about half of it, and then push it up and remove it.
Your new brake pedal pad, you'll need to kind of bend to stretch over the corners, and you're good to go.
