Hi, I'm Don from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and next time you need parts for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.
In this video, we're going to show you how to replace your blower motor resistor on this 2002 Suzuki XL7, and the only items you're going to need for this are a flat blade screwdriver and a 7 millimeter socket and ratchet.
Open up your glove box, push in the sides, and pull the glove box down. Your blower motor resistor is located right here. Using a flat blade screwdriver, just push the tab on the harness and pull it free. Then, remove this 7 millimeter bolt. Pull the resistor up and out.
Put your new blower motor resistor into place, and then replace that 7 millimeter bolt. We'll just fast forward as Don tightens that up. Reconnect your harness. Push the tabs in on the sides of your glove box, and close your glove box. You're all set.
