How to repair, install, fix, change or replace a bad or broken blower motor fan speed resistor on 11, 12, 13 Ford Fiesta

step 1
:Removing the Blower Motor Resistor
- Loosen the plastic body screw from the center console floor panel with a flat blade screwdriver
- Pull the panel out
- Remove the T20 bolts from the blower motor resistor
- Remove the resistor
- Disconnect the wiring harness
- Examine the connector for melted or burnt terminals

:Installing the Blower Motor Resistor
- Connect the resistor wiring harness
- Insert the blower motor resistor into place
- Tighten the T20 Torx bolts to the resistor
- Press the center console floor panel on
- Tighten the body screw to the console panel
