Hi, I’m Mike from 1A Auto. We’ve been selling auto parts for over 30 years!

Your blower motor resistor is located here underneath the glove box. What you can do is there's these two little screw, you're going to unscrew these fasteners. Just with your hands. They come off. They're plastic. They're very easy to pull off. Come off. And then this panel comes right down. Resister is right here.

What you're going to do is you're going to pull on this white tab and slide it out towards the passenger in the vehicle. Pull it straight down. There's a connector right here. You've got two tabs right here. You're going to push the two tabs down and pull it right out.

Okay, as you can see, this is the old resistor, this is the new resistor from 1AAuto.com. Visually these look almost identical. All the connector tabs are all the same. Same amount of connectors. If your blower mower doesn't work on all speeds this is probably the issue and if you replace this you'll be all set and ready to rock and roll.

Now we're going to reinstall our new resistor. With the connector you're going to align these two tabs up with the two slots on the resistor itself. Just plug it in. You're going to slip it in the heater box. There you go. Take it towards the driver and hear a click and it's good.

Now you're going to replace this lower cover. Get it lined up with these little vent poles that line up with the HVAC vents. And the two fasteners. They're just plastic so you don't want to tighten them too much. Just get them snug. And that's it.
