Here are the items you'll need for this repair: 7mm socket and ratchet, ¼ inch socket, socket extension
Remove the two 7 millimeter screws, securing this panel underneath the passenger side floor. We'll do this using the 7 millimeter socket ratchet and extension. Once the two screws are removed, remove the panel from under the dash. You'll have to push it over to the passenger side to release it from its hook next to the blower motor. Remove the panel from the vehicle.
Remove this harness bracket from the bottom of the blower motor, push down and release the electrical connector. Remove the three quarter inch screws around the blower motor. We'll do this with a socket ratchet and extension. Support the blower motor while removing the last screw and remove the blower motor from the HVAC box.
Re-install the blower motor. Be sure not to pinch any harnesses, and make sure that the connector for the motor is facing the right way. Start your quarter inch screws by hand before tightening them down with your socket and ratchet. Reconnect the electrical connector and snap the harness retainer back into place. Reinstall the under dash cover. Remember it goes to the passenger side first and we'll have to pull it over. Reinstall the two 7 millimeter screws. We'll start these by hand and then tighten them down with a socket and ratchet.
