How to Remove Steering Column Adjustment Lever 2007-14 Chevy Suburban

Hi, I’m Mike from 1A Auto. We’ve been selling auto parts for over 30 years!

We're going to remove this steering column adjuster lever. This is very difficult to remove sometimes. If you grab it with two fingers and pull towards the outside of the car, it will come off. It's just got two retainers right there.

I will show you another way to do it. If you're having trouble, just take a flat blade screwdriver, get in behind here, and pry it out. You pry right in between there. This will come out just by pulling it to the side, just like I said, sometimes it will be difficult.

To reinstall, you just line it up and push it in.
