Hi, I'm Don from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and next time you need parts for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.
In this video, we're going to show you how to replace your rear wiper arm on this 2002 Suzuki XL7, and the only tools that you're going to need for this are a flat blade screwdriver and a 10mm socket and ratchet.
Now to remove the wiper arm, flip back this cover and there's a 10mm bolt right there. Using a socket and ratchet just break it free, and then you can remove it the rest of the way by hand. Once it's removed, lift the wiper arm straight up, and using a flat blade screwdriver, pry it out. Just maneuver it back and forth until it pulls off that stud.
Take your new wiper arm and push it onto the stud. Line it up where you want it and then replace that 10mm nut. We'll fast forward as he tightens this up with his hand first, and then using a socket and ratchet, he tightens it the rest of the way. Then just flip down that cover and you're all set.
