How to repair, install, fix, change or replace a damaged, worn out, faulty or shorted rear power window switch on 00 Nissan Pathfinder.

step 1 :Removing the Window Switch
- Pry up the window switch trim with a trim tool
- Disconnect the electrical connector
- Press the tab on either side of the switch with a flat blade screwdriver
- Remove the switch

step 2 :Installing the Window Switch
- Press the window switch into the door trim so it locks into place
- Connect the electrical connector
- Press the switch trim into place

So you're going to grab with your fingers, and pull up underneath, like that. You could also use a trim tool under here. This screws right there. Before I take that screw out, I'm going to disconnect the window switch. This little button right here. Pop this switch. Disconnect that electrical connector. I'm going to pull this window switch out of this trim piece.
Take a straight blade screwdriver and stick it in here to release the lock. As you're doing that, pull a little bit. Then release the other side. The switch will come right out.
We're going to install this window switch into this trim. Just slide it this way and push it down. Make sure it locks in place. So we'll install this trim piece. We're going to connect the connector for the window switch. Lock it in. Line this up. Push it straight down.
