Here are the items you'll need for this repair.
Undo the release under the seat on the passenger side and fold the bottom up. Remove the plastic tab on the cover at the bottom of the seat. Do this using a trim tool. There's then a 15mm bolt with a 15mm nut on the back that we'll need to remove with a socket and ratchet as well as a wrench to hold the nut on the other side. Remove the bolt and repeat these steps on the opposite side.
Lay the seat back forward and lift the seat off of the studs we just unbolted it from. It helps to have somebody else outside of the truck so you can hand the seat through the opening to them. Have somebody hand you the seat from outside the truck.
Set the seat back onto its posts and fold it up so you can reinstall the two 15mm bolts and nuts. Install the cover and the pin to put it back into place and repeat these steps on the opposite side.
