Hi. I'm Don from 1A Auto. I hope this how to video helps you out. The next time you need a part for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Next.

In this video, we're going to show you how to remove the door panel from this 2002 Volvo V70. The only tools you'll need are a flat blade screwdriver and a T25 torx driver.

To start off, just remove that triangular panel, just pry it out with flat blade screwdriver. Then what you want to do is you want to do the same thing to the door pull handle, just pry it at the top panel off of it. In the door handle, there are two T25 bolts, we'll just fast forward as he removed those. Lining there at the side of the door, there are these clips. What you want to do is take a flat blade screwdriver, a small one, and just put it on the center of them. You can also use a punch tool and you just want to punch the center end, and then the clips just pry out, then we'll fast forward as he does the clips all the way around the door panel.

Now you want to just lift the door panel up and over the lock, pull it out, and on the back of the door panel, there's a clip at the top, just want to separate the two sides and pull the clip out. Then you want to disconnect the harness but pushing on the tie and pulling out and then there's two more harnesses on the lower part of the door panel. Again, just push the clip and pull them right out. To reinstall your door panel, you want to just put your door handle wire back into place, just clips right in. Reconnect the upper harness. Then reconnect the lower wire harnesses for your window switches. Align your door panel out. Put it down over the lock and push it into place. Next, what you want to do is just push those clips back into place, the outside first then the center. We'll just fast forward as he pushes in the rest of those clips. We'll continue to fast forward as he replaces those two T25 bolts, and replaces the door handle panel, and the triangular panel at the top of the door.
