How to Raise and Support 2007-11 Honda CR-V

To lift and support the vehicle, one of the things we want to do is come under here.

There's a little cut out right here as you can see, this is on the pinch weld, there's a cut out in this plastic and you can put a jack right there or a jack stand, and that's on all four corners of the car. This is the left front. I'll show you the left rear.

This right here is the left rear. We can lift it up right there. See, it's cut out, this little trim piece. That is where you would want to stick your jack.

All right, so if you wanted to lift up the front end you could put your jack right here. I would put jack stands underneath the sub frame right there.

Another good place for jack stands is this area right here. These two frame rails. Then, obviously the pinch weld is where you want to lift the vehicle. You could also put jack stands on those.

Then closer to the back, there's an area right here. You could put some jack stands right there on both sides, same on this side right here.

Then, also on the back. You would not want to jack up on the differential, but you could right here on this frame area, you could lift the vehicle, lift the back.
