Hi, I'm Mike from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and next time you need parts for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.
You can see I've got the car up on a lift. It makes it a lot easier to film.
Generally, you want to lift the car right under this weld. You can see here in the back. On each side, that's where you'll want to lift it. If you're lifting it with a floor jack, you would lift it here and then put a safety stand further forward. In the rear, you can also jack it up if you wanted to. You can use your floor jack right under this spring carriages here, right under the control arm on either side.
Use the jack there and then again put the safety stand underneath here. In the front, again, you're going to go jack right under the weld. You can also, if you're looking to just lift up a tire, you can jack right under the subframe here. Probably want to jack it right here where the control arm mounts. You can jack it there. Then, again, put a safety stand here and you can do that for either side.
