How to put your car up on ramps.

  1. step 1 :Putting the Vehicle on Ramps
    • Line up the ramps straight with the wheels
    • Put the ramps directly against the tire
    • Start the vehicle
    • Holding straight, back the vehicle up slightly
    • Gently drive straight up the ramps
    • Apply the parking brake
    • Turn off the vehicle
  2. step 2 :Lowering the Vehicle off Ramps
    • Release the parking brake
    • Start the vehicle
    • Gently back down the ramps

Today, we're going to show you how to put your vehicle up on ramps. You're going to line them up, straight as you can. Let's move over a little bit. Do the same for both. Put them right up to the tire. All right. I'm going to back up a little bit. We'll gently drive up them. Stay nice and straight. Then we'll set the parking brake.

So when you're done, release the parking brake. Start the truck up. Put it in reverse, and then gently roll back down.
