How to Install Roll - Up Tonneau Cover 2004-14 Ford F-150

How to install a lock & roll tonneau cover on 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 Ford F-150

step 1 :Installing the Tonneau Cover
- Put the side rails onto the truck
- Attach the cover to the front of the side rails
- Hand tighten the cover nuts
- Put the bed rail clamps onto the bed rail equidistant without placing them into the notches for the support bows
- Hand tighten the clamp screws loosely
- Make sure the corner of the side rails are aligned with the corners of the bed and that there is a good seal near the front of the cover
- Measure the width of the tonneau cover at the front
- Measure the distance between the clamps, across the bed
- Make sure the side rails are spaced evenly across the bed
- Tighten the clamp screws with an Allen wrench
- Lay the support bows in place into the notches on each side
- Roll the cover over the bows
- Rotate the end of the cover to lock it into the clamps
- Clip the edges of the cover over the side rail
- Close the tailgate to check the fit

step 2 :Rolling Up the Tonneau Cover
- Open the tailgate
- Pull the tab at the end of the cover down to unclamp it
- Roll the cover up evenly
- Secure the cover with the straps
- Remove the bows
- Store the bows in the bed
