In this video, we're going to show you how to replace as well as service a headlight on this 2010 Volvo XC60. We show you on the passenger side but the driver side is the same procedure. There are no tools required for this.

Just pull up on these posts and they'll pull out. Then just pull out on the headlight. You want to angle it towards the center of the vehicle and then pull the front out first. Now, for this harness, just unclip it from the bracket and then push the tab on the harness and disconnect it.

Now, to service the bulbs, just twist out of the socket, pull the bulb out, push the new one in, and twist the socket back into place. Same thing for this one, only you push the bulb in and twist to remove it, and push the bulb in and twist to replace it. Then, for the main bulbs, you just pull these clips away from the center, remove that plastic piece, and then twist the socket counterclockwise, disconnect the harness, take your new bulb, reconnect the harness, and twist the socket clockwise. The other bulb in here is the same procedure.

Now replace that plastic, and then re-click these two clips, reconnect your harness, and clip the harness back to that bracket. Then line up your light. You want to make sure that you push the outside in first, and then the inside, and then push those posts back down into place. You're all set.
