In this video, we're going to show you how to install this Mopar Ram's Head Trailer Hitch Cover, available from 1AAuto.com, onto the trailer hitch of you 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup.
This cover is a great add on for your truck, because these hitches can become full of road grime, dirt, salt, sand, water, and all kinds of stuff that can cause rust, buildup, and corrosion, making it hard to remove and reinstall your receiver.
All you have to do is stretch this rubber collar around the back of the hitch, and press the cover into place. Next time you go to use your receiver, simply pull it out, and you’ll have a nice clean hitch to install your receiver to.
Thanks for tuning in. We hope this video helped you out. Next time you need parts for your car, please visit 1AAuto.com. Also check out our other helpful how-to and diagnosis videos.
