Hi, I'm Mike from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and next time you need parts for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.
Hey guys, Tony here. We're back in our 2005 Cadillac CTS, only this time we're getting on the highway with a brand new set of front brake pads and rotors, as well as the rears, from 1AAuto.com.
You remember the first time we went out? We showed you anytime we hit the brakes, the car was lurching, the steering wheel was vibrating, and we had a very long stopping distance. The vehicle was just all around unpleasant to drive, and even unsafe. So now that we've got all our new pads and rotors in, we're going to show you what a big difference your brakes really make in your vehicle.
All right, so we're up at highway speed. Now we're getting on to the off ramp. We're going to get on those brakes. Look at that. No lurching. Steering wheel stays nice and straight. We brake in a straight line, stopping a lot smoother. It feels good, stops in a shorter distance, really makes a huge difference in the experience of driving this car.
Thanks for tuning in. We hope this video helped you out. Next time you need parts for your car, please visit 1AAuto.com. Also check out our other helpful how-to and diagnosis videos.
