How to check the power steering fluid on 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 Jeep Wrangler.
Hi, I’m Mike from 1A Auto. We’ve been selling auto parts for over 30 years!
Hey, everyone. Sue here at 1A Auto. Today I'm going to show you where your power steering reservoir is located on your 2015 Jeep Wrangler.
We're going to pop the hood, and on Jeeps there is no inner latch or cable. There's two hood latches on the external part, and then right in the center here there's a lock latch. Slide it over to the right, and you have your hood rod. It goes right in the marked hole right there.
Power steering reservoir is located on the passenger side in the front up here. It's marked power steering. Turn the cap. It's twist on. Pull it off. You can see the level in there of fluid, and it’s marked on the side. Put the cap back on. You might not be able to see, but there is a top line and a bottom line. The top line says, "Max," and the bottom line says, "Minimum." That is to be checked with the car off and not running.
To latch the hood on your jeep, you just line up those two prongs. Put it in your palm, click it over. You've got two hooks on both sides. Bring it up. Line it up.
