Hey friends, it's Len here at 1AAuto. Today we're working on our 2004 Volvo XC90 and I want to show you where to locate your under the hood fuse box. It'd be very simple and it's right over here. You can see fuses written right on it. There's a clip right here and a clip right here. You just give them a little squeeze, lift it up towards the front, lift it straight up. Underneath you're gonna find a little treasure map that tells you where to find everything and what it is. Okay? This is the legend essentially, and this is where your fuses are.

If you found that your, you know, we'll say wiper blades aren't working, you just find where your wiper blade fuse is. Come under here, grab this tool right here. It's a fuse puller. We'll say that this is the fuse for it. It's not, but we'll say that it is. The vehicle ignition right now is off. There is no power going through. I'm just going to grab this. Give it a little tug, pull it out. In the center of the fuse, you can see the link, a little fusible link there. If it's not connected between this prong and this prong because that's blown, this fuse would be bad. This tells you what size fuse is in it.

You can compare it to what it says it's supposed to be on the vehicle. Then you just go ahead and replace it. At that point, you grab your brand new fuse that's not blown. You can tell that it's connected between the two prongs and put it right back where you got it from. Right there. We'll take our little tool, we'll put that back where we got it from. Take our cover. Start from the front. You've got these little prongs. Those go down into these holes, so just like that and roll it. Give it a nice little loving bonk, bonk, bonk, bonk, and a tug. You're good to go. Easy peasy.
