In this video, we're going to be working with our 2006 Chrysler 300. We're going to show you how to install a new set of OEM style embroidered floor mats to really freshen up the look of your interior.

Here we have the original carpets that we removed from our vehicle and our new set from 1AAuto.com. As you can see, our old carpets really aren't that bad. They're a little faded, they're pretty dirty in through the driver’s side. But our new mats are the exact same size and shape. However, ours have this nice embroidered Chrysler logo on them, which is a really nice touch to the interior.

With the rest of the interior on our car so nice and clean, it's going to look good to just throw in a new set of OE style floor mats with embroidered logo, really freshen up the look of our interior. You can see our original carpet is actually in really nice shape in this car and our floor mats were a little beat up. Rather than just taking them out and using the nice clean OE carpets, installing a fresh set of mats is a lot easier than changing out this whole carpet. It keeps this carpet looking just like it did when it was new.

Your rear floor mats are actually two different sizes, one is longer and skinnier. While the other one is a little bit thicker. The skinny one goes behind the passenger seat. You can see that there's actually a little bit of a difference in the bracketry on the front seats. Our wider one will go behind the driver’s seat. Those fit very nice. In the front, you can see that they're cut differently.

This one fits the passenger side floor pan perfectly. The one on the driver’s side has this little islet, which sits into the hook down here behind your right foot, to keep this carpet from moving around and potentially interfering with your pedals. Just hook that underneath there and the rest of the carpet falls into place. Now our interior looks good as new while protecting our original floor mats and keeping the car looking great.
