Hi, I'm Mike from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and next time you need parts for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.

In this video, we're going to show you how to replace the accessory fuse on this 2003 GMC Envoy XL. It's located in your fuse panel. The tools you'll need for it are a 7mm, 8mm, and 13mm socket and ratchet. In your vehicle manual you'll see it listed as the instrument panel battery.

In our vehicle, turn the key on, and everything lights up, but none of our accessories are working. Power windows, mirror, seat heaters, none of this is working. Even our A/C and radio are not working. If you have this issue, most likely, if you come under here, there's two tabs on each end of this box right behind the battery. Lift this up. This fuse here is a 125 amp fuse for all the accessories.

Unhook the negative battery cable first, and there's a 7mm on this side and a 13mm on this side. Now you can pull the fuse out. You do have to push on these little tabs. Put your finger or a screw driver underneath here.

Push the fuse back down onto the studs, and then you can place the wires and tighten up this bolt. Then, replace the other wire, replace the nut, and tighten that up. Close your fuse panel. Replace your negative battery cable and tighten it up. As you can see, our windows work now. Everything works, so you're all set.
