Well the part was Oem to the tee ,fit in perfect. Seems to be working just fine. I have used 1A parts before and have had no problems with them. Will use them again thank you 1A.

I ordered this pump, thinking that was the problem with my car. After I installed it, still did not work. I proceeded to replace numerous other parts on this car trying to get it running. I finally had it towed to my mechanic. He tested this pump, only to find out it was faulty. This $50 fuel pump cost me (along with buying a new pump) almost $500. I will never order from this company again, buyer beware.

Make sure you measure the outside diameter of the flange coming out before you order your part. Only got a good review for the customer service upon request to return the part.

My fuel pump had broke on my 2001 1.8L MK4 Jetta. I called Oreilys Auto part store and they quoted me $260+ USD for the unit. I then returned back to 1Aauto.com to buy my fuel pump. I had bought a set of front window slide units for cheap and theyre still working great even after the years. Decent product. No issues - Its been in use for over a month. Also can I make a note on how stinkin Easy it is to change a fuel pump in a mk4?! My buddy had a Jaguar where he needed to have the back suspension taken apart, go in from under the car to drop the tank, then remove the fuel sending unit. The mk4 is as Easy as lifting a folded seat, Undoing a few screws and done. Super simple. Too bad my car smells like crayons... must be the glue they used.

2001 VW Jetta 110mm Electric Fuel Pump and Sending Unit Module (excluding Diesel Engines) You'll have to ID if your model is the 110mm unit. May verify with the dealer and your VIN#

No it doesnt. If you have a convertible you have to change the pump from the sending unit.
