I am so pleased with the outstanding customer service and great prices you provided during my recent repair need. After taking my car to the shop and receiving a quote of over a thousand dollars for replacing my plugs and ignition coils, I went looking for another more cost effective solution. I found one of the great videos by 1A Auto which in five minutes showed me exactly how to perform this repair on my own with a few simple tools which I already had in my toolbox. While it took me a couple of hours to complete the process (I am not a mechanic so I was trying to be careful with the steps), I completed the repair and save myself over $750 dollars by doing it myself. This was a great experience end-to-end, from the very polite and professional service from your call center rep who helped me find exactly the right products, to the very informative video, to the outstanding prices on the parts I needed. I will always look to 1A Auto before I resort to paying a shop way more money than I need to when it comes to repairs. I highly recommend that everyone work with you on their auto repair needs.
