  1. step : Removing the Coolant Level Sensor (0:48)
    • Pry the power steering fluid reservoir off the coolant bottle with a flat blade screwdriver
    • Pull aside the steering fluid reservoir
    • Pull the coolant bottle off its bracket
    • Disconnect the coolant level sensor wiring harness
    • Loosen the upper coolant hose clamp with wire cutters
    • Close the hose of with vise grip pliers
    • Pull off the coolant level sensor
    • If you are replacing the sensor alone, continue to Step 4
  2. step : Removing the Coolant Bottle (1:37)
    • Close the lower coolant hose with vise grip pliers
    • Loosen the lower coolant hose clamp with a 7mm socket and ratchet
    • Pull the lower hose off the coolant bottle
    • Pull the coolant bottle up and out
  3. step : Installing the New Coolant Bottle (2:15)
    • Put the lower coolant hose onto the coolant bottle
    • Tighten the hose clamp
    • Release the vise grip pliers
  4. step : Installing the New Coolant Level Sensor (2:35)
    • Push on the coolant level sensor
    • Push the coolant bottle onto its bracket
    • Push the upper coolant hose onto the coolant bottle
    • Tighten the hose clamp
    • Release the vise grip pliers
    • Connect the level sensor wiring harness
    • Clip the steering fluid reservoir onto the coolant bottle
    • Twist off the coolant bottle cap
    • Add coolant to the bottle as necessary
    • Twist on the coolant bottle cap
