would the wires need to, or best be, changed at the same time? also, can you list all the tools needed to do the job?

Theres no wires, the coils are now whats used in place of the wires. Youll need a small socket(8-12mm)to remove the bolt that holds the coil in place and a spark plug socket along with a 3/8 ratchet and extension.

No wires to replaced. Tools: Spark plug socket, wrench, and extension for wrench to reach spark plugs. You Tube has videos on how to change them out.
