Bulb Note:

These lights do not include bulbs.  If you happen to receive a product with bulbs, the bulbs are for testing and not covered under our warranty.  Our warranty applies to the light assembly only.

  1. step : Removing the Light (1:43)
    • Flip the metal latch mechanism up to loosen the fixture
    • Push in the checkered square button and lift the latch
    • Lift the latch and pull on the light, slowly working the fixture from the car
  2. step : Servicing the Bulbs (2:49)
    • Disconnect the headlight wiring harness
    • Twist the bulb socket counterclockwise out of the light
    • Pull the bulb off of the socket
    • Push on the new bulb
    • Twist the bulb clockwise into the light
    • Disconnect the upper bulb
    • Making sure the retainer is out of the way, plug in the new bulb
    • Reaching in and pull the wire retainer up
    • Pull slightly on the green wire, and the bulb comes out
    • Disconnect the bulb and replace
    • Once the new bulb is replaced, push down on the retainer and lock it into place
    • Press back cover down, and it should snap into place
  3. step : Replacing the Headlight (5:14)
    • Reach into hood and make sure your latch is sliding freely. If it's not, put some grease in there
    • Connect the headlight wiring harness
    • Line up the bolt holes on the headlight bracket to the bolt holes on the vehicle
    • Push the headlight in with the latch down
    • The metal latch should be hooked onto the back of the headlight, and then pushed down as well. This will secure the light
  4. step : Step 4: Getting to the Bulbs (3:00)
    • Remove the backing of the light by pressing the tab.
    • There is a lock wire holding the wire retainer. Press the lock wire down and the retainer comes out.
  5. step : Step 5: Replacing the Upper Bulb (3:23)
    • Disconnect the upper bulb.
    • Making sure the retainer is out of the way, plug in the new bulb.
  6. step : Step 6: Replacing the Lower Bulb. (3:58)
    • Reaching in and pull the wire retainer up.
    • Pull slightly on the GREEN wire, and the bulb comes out.
    • Disconnect the bulb and replace.
    • Once the new bulb is replaced, push down on the retainer and lock it into place.
    • Replace the back cover, with the teeth on the bottom. Press cover down, and it should snap into place.
  7. step : Step 7: Replacing the Headlight (5:14)
    • Reach into hood and make sure your latch is sliding freely. If it's not, put some grease in there.
    • Plug in your headlight.
    • There are two line-up tabs on your headlight-one long one on the inside of the headlight, and one short one on the upper outside.
    • Using your flashlight if necessary, double check that these tabs are moving into the slots on the car.
    • Once they are lined up, push the headlight in, making sure your latch in down.
    • The metal latch should be hooked onto the back of the headlight, and then pushed down as well. This will secure the light.
  8. step : Step 8: Driver's side. (0:01)
    • Repeat the same procedure.
    • (It may be slightly more difficult because there is a battery in the way)
