I had 3 lights on the dash come and go for over 6 months. Found that probable cause was the oil selonoid that adjusted the cam timing. I replaced all 4 not knowing which one to do. I am very pleased that the lights are off and remained off. Performance is better also.

These function great and resolved the code showing up on scan. On one or two of these, I had to file the tab for the bolt that holds them in place. It was minimal, but may drive someone crazy that is hoping for a plug and play fit.

how many VVT solenoids in 2012 Hylander ?

Some cars will have a solenoid for just the intake VVT, other 4-cylinder engines may have both the intake and exhaust solenoids, while V6 and V8 engines may have up to 4 solenoids. You may contact your local dealership to determine how many your model has.
