It does fit my car. I just installed two weeks ago. So far it's good and the loud noise is gone! Happy thing! A frustration is looking for the bolt and the intermediate pipe. That wasted me a lot of time! Will update if problems!

The exhaust pipe with cat fit perfectly. I was able to remove the old exhaust and bolt this one right up with no problems (well, a broken manifold stud but that's another story). The exhaust arrived quickly and was undamaged when received. It was also significantly cheaper than other ones I saw online.

Looks like it was manufactured well, but tolerances, dimensions and radius of curvature of 2 pipes going to exhaust manifolds were off just enough to not fit due to interference with engine block. Replaced 7 years ago with same and it fit.
