1a auto fixes their mistakes
I ordered this set of upper control arms and lower ball joint. When I received the package 1A auto sent me two of the driver side upper control arms. Although inconvenienced, I called and spoke to a very helpful customer service specialist. I say specialist because 1A auto had superb customer support. I gave 4 stars because it was a significant inconvenience, but was rectified immediately and I received the part in 2 days. Will most certainly be doing business again with 1A auto for their awesome customer service and willingness to rectify a bad situation. Thank you 1A auto!
