Your sway bar helps your vehicle's suspension performance. The main purpose is to reduce body roll when going through a turn at speed. Although the sway bar itself is not a wearable item, the end links & frame bushings are.

Stopped the Frontend Rattle
The front end of our 2008 Outback was ratlling over smal, medium and large bumps. Have had this issue on other vehicles and determined it was the anti-swaybar links. Replaced the wornout units with these. Did the trick. Make sure you have small, individual allen keys to use on the ends (they go in the bolt as you wrench the nuts off the old ones [and install the replacements]).
