In the past, replacing struts required specialized tools to compress, remove and transfer the old spring and mount.  Pre-assembled with all new parts, our complete strut and spring assemblies make this job much quicker and easier for the do-it-yourself mechanic.

Each complete strut & spring assembly contains:

  • Upper Strut Mount
  • Strut Bearing
  • Coil Spring
  • Boot & Bumper Kit
  • Gas-charged Strut
Pre-Assembled

Pre-assembled, loaded strut & spring assemblies allow for a quicker, safer install than replacing with just bare struts.

Trouble-Free Install

Trouble-free install includes the matched parts needed to get the job done. New mounts, bearings, springs and hardware will provide a better ride for your vehicle and save you time from not having to do the job again because a used part failed afterwards.

Matched Parts

When you buy the kit pre-built by us, you can be sure that the parts are matched for optimum performance.  Not all shocks and struts are manufactured the same, so mixing and matching can result in fit issues and potentially decrease the life of the parts.

Saves Time & Money

When you buy one of our kits, you not only save money over buying the parts individually, but you also save time having to search for all of the different parts that are correct for your vehicle (because we did it for you!)

Lifetime Warranty

This item is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. In the event this item should fail due to manufacturing defects during intended use, we will exchange the part free of charge (excludes shipping charges) for the original purchaser. Please keep your invoice for proof of this warranty.

Ride is a little firm and the rear sits way up high now
I bought the complete set to replace some sagging springs and worn shocks on our '99 Avalon. The fronts went on without a hitch and so far Im very please with the front set. The rears I cant say as much for. They installed just fine but now the car sits almost 2 inches higher in the rear than our other Avalon which has factory Toyota springs and shocks in the rear. It also rides very firm now in the rear. Seems to get a little better with two people in the back seat but with just a driver and passenger, it rides like a truck now. Im giving 3 stars only because of the rear being disappointing. They have been on the car now for two weeks and should have settled by now. I cant say I would recommend them but they arent bad products. Kind of difficult to say. Hopefully the rears just take a while to settle.

Saved a lot of money
Ordered struts for my '97 Camry, they arrived as expected and the job went really smooth. The first one took a little longer than the rest as you figure out a few minor details. I saved a ton of money doing it myself compared to quotes from two local shops. 1AAuto's video made the difference in buying there parts and doing the job myself. Most how-to videos are really inefficient and waste a lot of time. Not 1AAutos' - they set the standard on how these videos should be done.

A strut has 3 screws on top one came bent.
Not sure if it will have a bad outcome but straightened it and installed anyway hope it will be fine. Now sure how the screw got bend with simple delivery expecially when the box was just fine. That means it left that way from the wharehouse. I was very disappointed.

Not Happy
I would not recommend this product. The old struts made the car ride bad . The new ones make it ride loud. This car has never rattled so much. I wish I had waited to throw away the old ones so I could reinstall.
