Purchased for my son's 2007 Ford Ranger XL 3.0 2wd. Great fit, easy install. Truck rides very well now, not too rigid nor bouncy. Would buy again for sure. Price is better than at big box stores locally. Worth the wait to ship, and 1A Auto hasn't failed me yet!

Would these still be compatible with a vehicle that has a lift kit installed?

No you would need to get longer shocks unless its a small lift. Check the minimum length thats requred for the lift kit you have installed. My truck is stock besides larger tires and the shocks fit just right.
