My 2003 Accord 6 power steering doesn't feel like it working and there are no leaks and it has fluid any suggestions ?
Mikee on Jul 13, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Well in general once the engine is running, the pump its self produces the fluid pressure for the rack to operate smoothly. There is a pressure valve in most power steering pumps. Id say if the pump is quiet and seems smooth when running, the valve may be stuck? This pressure switch here controls engine speed on slow or low idle turning and operation. This would not make your steering hard.
