I would agree. After removing the black plastic shroud that covers the radiator support, you will see the condenser and radiator. You will then see the pressure switch connected to the condenser next to the driver side headlight.

I've looked for this for over two hours and cannot find it. I've taken off every piece of plastic under the hood in that area as well as in the fender well and across the underneath front. I see the radiator, the condenser, and the receiver/dryer. The area you indicate is capped top and bottom by plastic supports and the receiver/dryer is one long, smooth tube. I don't know where else to look.

It is located on the A/C condenser. It is on the passenger side about half way down the condenser.

If your 2010 Rogue is equipped with a front condenser/dryer configuration, the low pressure switch is mounted to the dryer portion. This may be visible if you look through the grill. Most likely to the right of the condenser.
