If only using 1 sensor, where to buy the plug for the extra hole??

I used the old sensor from the old manifold. It worked fine. Just cut the wire off the old sensor and screw it into the hole on the new manifold.

I took mine to auto parts store and we were able to find the right size bolt to plug with. Worked out great

I believe these are a standard pipe thread/pitch. You can get a plug in the plumbing section or use an old sensor and cut the wire off.
