This website offered the cheapest price for a replacement mirror. The mirror looks fine when you take it out of the box but after installations and being back on the road it is like looking into a mirror that you see at a carnival. The image is distorted and not very clear. I'm very disappointed with the purchase.

Heated Mirror Replacement

The heated mirror that we purchased from you to replace the failed one on our 2011 GMC Yukon appears to be working as desired. We had our first heavy frost since it was replaced and the mirror was frost free. Many thanks for a good product.

The glass was not attached to the plastic so I had to buy a bonding agent to affix the glass. The product description was poorly written.

The size worked out. The area where the turn signal light comes through the mirror, is a complete cut out in this after market mirror. The factory mirrors have circles "cut out" in a line to make the arrow. Not a huge deal, but nevertheless. If someone breaks my passenger mirror, i will buy one from A1, and then they will both match. The wire connecter for the heated mirror only had 2 wires and the factory one had 4, but the new mirror does heat up so i imagine it's fine. Their customer service was nice to deal with, and i saved $330 over the stealer, i mean dealer.

It fits but it will have your eyes Messed up , yeah objects my appear closer, but this is super close I know something is there but not clearly, my passenger side mirror has the words on the mirror and looks great this has no words , oh because its made in Taiwan

The product comes with 2 pieces. The black plastic mold that clips into the housing and a mirror with adhesive tape that needs to be pressed on to the plastic mold aforementioned above. The first mirror I received looked like a playschool mirror. But I called customer service and had no trouble getting another mirror quickly and they included a shipping label to send the old defected set back. I was upset at first, but the customer service was great and the second product I received was great.

There are two adhesive pieces that was shipped. The small one was already stuck behind the turn signal arrow on the back side of mirror itself. Then there is a larger one that is basically the full size of the mirror and has cutout holes and is sepa

Yes you will have to use the adhesive that comes with the mirror, because it will not stay in place if you do not. We advise you trim the adhesive as much as you can to allow the glass the fit as flat as possible on the backing plate!

If your mirrors do not have the same options that are listed in our listing, there is a possibility that this mirror may not function properly.
