Part Details

Lifetime Warranty

This item is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. In the event this item should fail due to manufacturing defects during intended use, we will exchange the part free of charge (excludes shipping charges) for the original purchaser.

  1. step : Remove the air box (0:50)
    • Use an adjustable wrench to loosen the nut on the top of the throttle body.
    • Unclip the intake hose from the airbox.
    • Pull the intake hose out and set aside.
    • Remove the filter.
    • Unbolt the air box using your 10 mm socket and ratchet.
    • Unclip the air box and remove it.
  2. step : Remove the ignition coil (2:23)
    • Unbolt the ignition coil with your 10 mm socket and ratchet.
    • Unplug the wiring harness.
  3. step : install the new ignition coil (3:15)
    • Plug in the wiring harness
    • Bolt the ignition coil in using your socket and ratchet
  4. step : Install the air box (5:19)
    • Clip the air box back in.
    • Secure by bolting it down with your socket and ratchet.
    • Replace the filter.
    • Clip the intake hose back on and anchor it to the throttle body with that nut using your adjustable wrench.

Is my spark plug underneath the coil pack?

BEST ANSWER: The plugs will not be located under this coil. You may follow the wires to each spark plug.
